I was always reluctant to buy a car out-of-state thinking that getting the car registered in PA would be a hassle. But I found a car on-line that suited my wife's requirements (Bells & whistles) and mine (price) so we ventured across the river to Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River. We had the good fortune to meet an unspoiled young salesman, Eric Rudolfsky, who was just amazing. As I noted, the price was fair - as it had been reduced recently, and there were no last minute surprises, (add on costs). Eric came with us on the test drive and painstakingly explained all of the features of the XT6 to us. He helped us transfer our auto insurance and Sirius radio account, hook-up our cell phones and program the radio, and he even re-installed our E-ZPass. Most of all, in the weeks since our purchase, he has patiently taken our calls and re-explained what we needed to know and do when we couldn't find the answer in the owner's guide. New cars are beyond the reach of my retirement income, but Eric treated us like royalty and made this purchase of a "pre-owned certified" Caddy feel like we were actually stepping up in the world. Today was a day that many were involved in helping create a luxury experience Leasing a Cadillac. Alex Santos was my Cadillac Specialist who took his time allowing me to test drive, see all the numbers and offers up front. He had the General Manger Marc Stango sit with us and review all that was to offer. Never once was their pressure- I was given the time and space to review all options to come to the best decision. Joe made our visit a great one. We went through all aspects of purchasing an XT6. Although we haven’t made up our mind yet. Pine Belt will be a place of future purchase. We even had the opportunity to meet the General Manager Mark. Not many dealers in all my years of purchasing autos has the person who runs the store comes out to say hello too. Shout out to the service team at Pine Belt. Had an unfortunate experience of teenage son breaking down at night and pulled his car into the dealership parking lot, and left overnight. This morning went to try and fix, and two incredible employees Ralph and Joe diagnosed the problem, and got me straightened out. Pulley and belt broke. Unfortunately I couldn’t have the service done there but Pine Belt went way beyond what was needed, and would recommend them to anyone as truly professionals who care. If you are looking for a Cadillac or own one, this is your place for a superior Experience. I’d give them 10 stars.
